Welcome to Veg Villa! By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order & Payment

• Orders must be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.
• We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Wallets, Net Banking).
• Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment.

2. Delivery

• We deliver fresh vegetables and fruits to your doorstep based on the selected time slot.
• Delivery schedules may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, etc.).
• In case of delay or rescheduling, we will inform you promptly.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Items can be returned at the time of delivery if damaged or spoiled.
• Post-delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours with a photo.
• Refunds or replacements will be provided after verification.
• Refunds (if any) will be processed via Razorpay within 3–5 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch by calling us at 9575015556.
• For prepaid orders, full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

5. Pricing & Availability

• All prices listed are subject to change based on market conditions.
• In case of non-availability of any product, we may replace it or contact you for alternatives.

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate contact details and address while placing an order.
• Misuse of the platform or fraudulent activity will result in permanent account suspension.

7. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Your personal details will be kept secure and used only for order processing and delivery.
